Prayer Points for 2024 fasting program – Day 21

1. Give thanks for sustaining you through this period of fasting.

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let Your glory be above all the earth. Ps 57:5 NKJV

2. Destroy every external limitation standing in the way of your progress in this year.

A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to rest; So shall your poverty come like a prowler, And your need like an armed man. Pr 24:33‭-‬34 NKJV

3. Ask that the mercies of the LORD will underpin your activities this year.

Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. La 3:22‭-‬23 NKJV

4. Declare rest to your soul and speak His blessings over your life.

”I said to myself, “Relax and rest. God has showered you with blessings. Soul, you’ve been rescued from death; Eye, you’ve been rescued from tears; And you, Foot, were kept from stumbling.”“ Psalms 116:7-8 MSG

5. Pray that God will be made manifest as we gather for our convention this weekend.

Then we will not turn back from You; Revive us, and we will call upon Your name. Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved! Ps 80:18‭-‬19 NKJV

6. Ask the LORD for the continual renewal of strength through this year.

But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isa 40:31 NKJV

7. Speak grace, grace to the year 2024.

‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!” ’ ” Zec 4:7 NKJV

8. Pray in the spirit.

And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for. But the Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercede on our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighs too deep for words. Romans 8:26 TPT

9. Thank the LORD for answered prayers.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Heb 11:6 NKJV
